Workshops
I design and host mindfulness-based art workshops that encourage guests to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and engage in a restorative, hands-on creative practice. In my workshops, art becomes a tool for mindfulness, presence, and relaxation, helping participants shift from constant thought to embodied awareness.
If you are a wellness retreat or luxury resort seeking unique, immersive experiences for your guests, I would love to collaborate. Get in touch to bring a bespoke art workshop to your space.
As part of Soho House Bangkok’s 2-year anniversary celebrations, Inked Memories: Around the World invited participants on a creative journey through ink and watercolor. Led by artist and mindfulness advocate Dash Swani, the workshop guided attendees in tracing, inking, and painting scenes inspired by iconic locations across the globe.

In December 2024, I launched the first in my Inked Memories series at Soho House Bangkok’s Festive Market, inviting members to create a unique, hand-crafted keepsake inspired by the city’s vibrant streets and iconic temples. Through guided tracing, inking, and watercolor techniques, participants captured the essence of Bangkok in their own artistic style, transforming moments of the city into meaningful mementos. This immersive workshop blended mindfulness with creativity, offering a reflective and hands-on experience amidst the festive season.

Creative Currents was an immersive painting experience that invited participants to explore creativity through the fluid movement of koi fish and water. While learning key painting techniques, guests were encouraged to make their own artistic choices, ensuring each piece was unique. More than just a workshop, Creative Currents fostered mindfulness and self-expression in a relaxed, inspiring setting—perfect for those seeking a meaningful and memorable creative escape.

Winter Forest was a guided painting workshop hosted at the Artist’s Residence, where participants explored the beauty of winter landscapes through expressive brushwork. While learning techniques to create depth, texture, and atmosphere in their snowy scenes, each participant was encouraged to make their own creative decisions—resulting in a collection of unique and personal winter forests. Designed to be both instructional and meditative, this session offered a space for artistic exploration and self-expression in a relaxed, inspiring environment.
